  I had an excellent experience at Wellogy Clinic. I came in for Ultraformer therapy, and the results were amazing, my jawline looks more sculpted and my face feels lifted. Dr. Cha was incredibly kind and explained everything clearly. She also recommended under-eye and chin fillers, which weren’t in my original plan, but they made a big improvement in my overall appearance. The staff were very welcoming, and as a foreigner living in Bangkok, I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with everyone. The clinic is conveniently located near EmQuartier, and their prices are surprisingly low compared to many other clinics, especially for the quality of care.

  I had a great experience at Wellogy for my microneedling with PRP treatment. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the treatment and answer any questions I had.   I went to Wellogy Clinic for my 5th full-body laser hair removal session, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the therapist seemed to be in a hurry and appeared more focused on finishing the session as quickly as possible than providing proper treatment. My face was barely treated—she only did a few laser pulses, and my jawline and forehead were completely missed. At first, I hesitated to say anything, but it became obvious she was rushing and constantly looking at the time. When she told me the treatment was finished, I realized that my back and tummy hadn’t been treated at all. I had to point this out before she reluctantly went over those areas, but even then it felt like she simply brushed through them. My previous full-body laser sessions usually lasted 2–3 hours, but this one was over in about an hour, which made it clear that the treatment was far from thorough. I was extremely disappointed and refused to pay the full amount because I genuinely felt I had not received the full-body service I had booked. After I complained, they offered me only a 10% discount, but then charged me an additional 3% card processing fee. In my opinion, this fee should be absorbed by the business rather than passed on to the customer. At that point, I was so frustrated that I just paid and left rather than continue arguing. I had originally planned to return the following day for Botox, but after this experience I told them I was no longer interested because I wasn’t satisfied with their service. Shortly afterwards, they messaged me offering me a “special” Botox price, claiming they had given me a significant discount. However, I noticed that they don’t publicly display the prices for some of their services. After comparing prices with other clinics, I realized their so-called discounted price was still much higher than what other reputable clinics charge. This made the “special offer” feel misleading rather than genuine. For transparency, I have attached screenshots of my conversations with the clinic so others can judge for themselves. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I felt rushed, did not receive the full treatment I paid for, and was left with little confidence in the clinic’s pricing practices. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Wellogy Clinic.
