  For the record, a single Pico Fraxel combination treatment session cost a minimum total of 33,260 baht, inclusive of medication and two types of post-treatment creams. I found it rather expensive and comparable to prices in Singapore and ChatGPT agrees with me. That said, the service was good. After approximately 40 minutes of numbing cream application, I was able to undergo the treatment within 10–15 minutes, followed by about 20 minutes of light therapy. I would recommend setting aside at least two hours for the entire process and ensuring you have sufficient funds available to avoid any delays. However, the signing of forms and payment could have been managed more efficiently before the face-numbing process began. Instead, these were handled while I was lying on the treatment bed with the numbing cream already applied, which made reading the information, signing the documents, and making payment rather inconvenient. Nevertheless, Dr. Bree was professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. She also pointed out other issues, such as some skin tags I have, but we both agreed it would be better to proceed step by step and assess the results of this treatment before considering any additional procedures. I have yet to see the final results from this first session, which may or may not influence my decision to undergo further treatments. On the positive side, the recovery has been promising so far, with very little downtime as the procedure is non-ablative. I was able to go home immediately after the treatment without needing to cover my face with a mask, as it looked quite natural—similar to a mild sunburn or tan. By the second day, my face felt less tight and red. However, my face felt very hot and had a burning sensation immediately after the procedure, and I think it would be beneficial for the clinic to offer a cooling facial mask treatment afterward rather than relying on patients to use a handheld rechargeable fan. I will continue to update this review with the results of my first treatment in about two weeks’ time to determine whether it is worth continuing with further sessions.   The online support was excellent. They responded to my questions with detailed information and were very helpful prior to the appointment. Unfortunately, my experience during the consultation was quite disappointing. The doctor seemed very rushed, and I spoke with her for less than five minutes. She did not appear particularly engaged or interested in discussing my concerns. After noting which tests I should take, never explaining why or giving more explanation, she recommended a topical treatment but did not explain what it was or why it would be beneficial. Just that I'll have to do it forever. Instead, the receptionist was asked to explain the tests and treatment. While she tried to help, she was unable to answer my questions, which is understandable, as she is not the doctor. Overall, I left feeling very unimpressed with the consultation and will not be returning for the suggested follow-ups. I spent a lot of time researching clinics because I wanted to find a place that would help me better understand my hair and the possible causes of my hair loss. The reason I choose to see a doctor rather than only researching online is to be able to ask questions, have a conversation, and understand the reasoning behind recommendations. Unfortunately, this experience did not provide that.

  The dr was very nice and polite, but she upsells procedures!!! I did fractional CO2 laser and injection for a very tiny scar as per her suggestion. She even suggested rejuran. It was not effective at all with no result if not worst(little hyperpigmentation which was a side effect of the injection) because anp my scar only needed a steroid injection which she didn’t recommend at all. After a couple months of no signs of improvement, I consulted another dr who did a quick steroid injection which was way easier and one tenth of a price I paid at bsl. I saw flattening and reduction in the scar just after a week.

  Complete waste of time. Do not bother. I came here after discussing treatments and pricing on whatsapp. The staff communicate one price then when I travel all the way here and wait around for ages and meet with the doctor and then they communicate new prices, they try to sell a package which is more than 3x the original prices communicated on whatsapp. Apparently what was communicated on whatsapp is a different laser type which is more superficial and won’t be effective against pigmentation or won’t be effective in driving immediate results. Don’t waste your time here - go to places which are more transparent on pricing and don’t try to upsell in order to deliver results.
