Had a really great experience at Aura Clinic Bangkok. The service was excellent from start to finish—staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to clearly explain every procedure, which really helped me make an informed decision without feeling rushed. What I appreciated the most was that there was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with any treatment. They simply gave honest suggestions and guidance, allowing us to decide what was best for us. I had under-eye and cheek treatments done, including Rejuran HB Plus, Juvederm Volift, and Restylane Skinboosters Vital Light. The staff were very knowledgeable about each of these and explained the process, benefits, and aftercare really well. The clinic itself is very clean, well-maintained, and has a calming atmosphere. I also loved the little touches like being greeted with milk tea—it made the whole experience feel even more special. They currently have some great promotions, which makes it such good value for the range of services they offer. On top of that, we even received a voucher for a discount at their spa centre, which was a lovely bonus. After the procedure, they provided soothing gel and medication to help with recovery, and even followed up—covering the payment we made today—which I really appreciated. Overall, a very satisfying experience with great customer care. Highly recommend!

I recently visited **Aura Bangkok** for an IV and skin treatment, and the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and relaxing. After the treatments, I immediately felt refreshed and could see noticeable improvement in my skin’s glow and hydration. The doctor explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence in their expertise. It’s definitely one of the better wellness clinics in Bangkok—I’ll be returning for my next session soon. first time trying treatment in bangkok, they are very transparent with their pricing with NO upselling which i really appreciate!!! they are also very patient & clear with the explanation, both the doctor and consultants spoke very good english so there were no miscommunication. the consultation is done by the doctor to address your concerns, then the consultant will share the prices with you, the nurses will do the cleansing, numbing cream, the same doctor will do the treatment for you shoutout to consultant Milk & Fay for being so professional and warm! the nurse Miew & Uni was also very helpful & attentive helping with the cleansing, numbing cream, IV drips! Br Bum was very professional and gentle during treatment!

Mon 27 Oct 2025 ✨ First time trying the Aura Treatment at Aura Bangkok Clinic, Siam with 2 lady friends✨ From the moment we arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff — they offered me a delicious boba drink, such a thoughtful gesture! The clinic is super clean and well-maintained, giving a comfortable and relaxing vibe. Mook Plyakorn and the team were all very friendly and patient, taking time to explain everything clearly according to my needs. Dr. Namtan is also a really nice lady — gentle and reassuring throughout the process. The manager was kind and professional, making sure I understood each step of the treatment. I was even given a cozy blanket and a soft pillow to hold during the session, which really helped ease my nervousness. Such wonderful service and care — definitely a great first experience at Aura Bangkok Clinic! 💖
