I have been a loyal client for many years, and one of the main reasons I have continued to return is the truly exceptional level of service I have consistently received. In particular, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Guitar, whose personal attention, dedication, and genuine care over the years have been outstanding. She is, without question, one of the main reasons I have remained such a loyal client. As someone who travels extensively around the world, I have had the opportunity to experience and compare professional service and management in many different places. The standard here is truly exceptional and, in my experience, world-class. My sincere thanks to Guitar for her remarkable professionalism, personal care, and dedication throughout all these years. It is deeply appreciated.

As a foreigner, I would not recommend this place. The staff’s English skills are extremely limited, making communication very difficult. They do not listen carefully to instructions, and there seems to be little interest in understanding what the customer is actually saying. Communication felt one-sided throughout the entire visit. I came here for a hair laser treatment, and the experience was disappointing. Important concerns and instructions were largely ignored, and I never felt that the staff took the time to properly explain the treatment or discuss my individual situation. Instead, the process felt rushed and impersonal. To make matters worse, the overall attitude came across as arrogant, and the customer service was among the poorest I have experienced. If you are an expat or international customer who expects clear communication, professionalism, and genuine customer care, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.

Did the bikini laser treatment at Apex Clinic today, the staff were very efficient and the procedure was painless and quick. Much less painful than previous laser treatments that I've done. Will be back for a follow up soon!

This is already my 4th time doing laser hair removal here. This clinic gives me the best treatment. They are so professional and treated me very nice, not to mention the clinic is super clean. Overall, I enjoy my laser treatment here in Apex. Always the best.
