  I visited the clinic for the third time for filler treatment, but unfortunately this experience was the worst so far. I’m not sure if the doctor was unhappy because I declined the course he recommended, or if he was simply rushed or tired, but the overall service felt very different from my previous visits. In the past, the doctor would carefully explain where the injections would be placed and would use anesthetic to minimize discomfort. This time, however, there was little communication, and the procedure felt hurried. I received injections in my cheeks and temples, but the temple area was injected without any anesthetic, which was quite painful. Now, my entire face is aching, and it’s uncomfortable enough that I’m having difficulty even chewing food. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of care compared to before.

  Very clean, quite cheap compared to other clinics. A lot of customers and very long waiting time. No matter how early or on time you are with the appointment, it still takes easy and hour waiting to be called. But all the staffs are very polite and trying to be helpful.
