BANGKOK PRICE INDEX.
An index of what aesthetic and plastic-surgery treatments cost in Bangkok, built from the price lists clinics publish on their own sites and social pages. It covers 1000 clinics and 1,000 price points. Not every clinic publishes prices, so read it as a guide rather than a complete survey. Want a quote instead of a benchmark? The free quiz matches you with four clinics. Free to cite.
Prices shift across the city. The lowest median we see is in Samut Prakan at ฿3,500 (about $97), and the highest is in Silom & Sathorn at ฿25,000 (about $694).
Key findings
Taking 1000 clinics and 1,000 published price points together, the middle of the range for a tracked procedure sits near ฿12,000 ($333). Facelift & anti-aging surgery has the highest median we track, at ฿60,000. The biggest gap between clinics is on Liposuction & body contouring, which runs from ฿25,000 to ฿390K. That gap is the reason to compare more than one quote.
Location plays a part too. A typical treatment costs about 7x as much in Silom & Sathorn as it does in Samut Prakan. Non-surgical prices sit close together, while surgical procedures spread much further apart because technique and complexity vary so widely.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does Botox cost in Bangkok?
- The median published price for Botox (wrinkle reduction) is ฿4,845 (about $135), with listed prices from ฿899 to ฿17,999 across 38 clinics. Thai VAT is 7% and some clinics include it in the listed price while others do not, so ask what a quote covers. The final price is confirmed at consultation, and the free quiz gets you quotes from four matched clinics.
- What do dermal fillers cost in Bangkok?
- For dermal fillers the median published price is ฿7,499 (about $208), with listed prices from ฿3,333 to ฿17,990 across 51 clinics. The brand and the amount used move the price, so ask each clinic to name both in its quote.
- What does rhinoplasty (nose surgery) cost in Bangkok?
- The median published price for rhinoplasty is ฿18,000 (about $500), with listed prices from ฿6,990 to ฿79,000 across 90 clinics. Surgical prices move a lot with the technique used and with whether it is a first procedure or a revision, so compare full quotes, not headline prices.
- Which part of Bangkok has the lowest clinic prices?
- By median treatment price, Samut Prakan is the lowest-priced area we index, at ฿3,500 (about $97). Silom & Sathorn is the highest, at ฿25,000. Location tends to show up in the price, but a lower median says nothing about quality, so compare clinics on reviews and credentials as well.
- Do Bangkok clinics offer English support?
- 13% of the 1000 clinics we index offer some English support, from an English-speaking coordinator to on-site translation. BangkokClinics matches you with four clinics that can run your consultation in English, free for you.
- Can I cite these figures?
- Yes. The Bangkok Price Index is free to reference and cite with a link to this page. The figures come from prices clinics publish themselves and are refreshed as those lists change.
- Do these prices include VAT?
- Thai VAT is 7%. Some clinics list prices with it included and some do not, so the figures here are standard, non-promotional starting prices that you should confirm at consultation. US dollar estimates use ฿36 = $1.
Methodology
We collect the prices clinics publish on their own websites and social pages and update them as those lists change. For each clinic we take the cheapest variant of a procedure, then report the median, minimum and maximum across every clinic that lists a price for it. Intro offers and short-lived promotions are left out so the numbers reflect everyday pricing. Clinics that do not publish prices are not represented in the figures. US dollar estimates use ฿36 = $1.
Figures are starting points, and whether Thai VAT of 7% is included depends on the clinic. This index is informational, not medical or financial advice. Free to cite with a link to this page.
