TOO MANY CHOICES.
Bangkok has an enormous aesthetic clinic scene, and size is exactly the difficulty. Clinics line Sukhumvit, cluster around Siam and fill the towers along Silom, each with a polished feed, and one treatment can carry very different prices, products and standards of care from one soi to the next.
Search results tend to favour whoever spends most on ads. Excellent smaller clinics in Ari or Thonglor may be quiet online, and plenty of clinic pages never say what a visitor will actually pay in baht.
That is why we filter first. We kept only clinics rated 4.5 stars or higher on Google with 50+ reviews, about 900 in all, and turn your goals and budget into a short English list of four you can compare side by side.
