How we work it out

Treatment prices come from our price index: what up to 58 Bangkokclinics list on their menus, updated daily. For each treatment we take each clinic's lowest listed price and show the middle half of clinics, so teaser prices and outliers don't skew it. Few clinics publish surgery prices; where fewer than 5 do, the range starts at the typical starting price and runs to about twice it, and the calculator says it is an estimate.

Hotel, food, transport and flight ranges are typical 2025 to 2026 prices for Bangkok. Recovery days follow common aftercare: when stitches come out and when it is usually safe to fly.

This is a planning range, not a quote. Your consultation and the clinic's written quote decide the final price.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a treatment trip to Bangkok cost?
It depends mostly on the treatment and how long you need to stay. Injectables like Botox usually need 3 nights, eyelid surgery about 8, rhinoplasty about 10 and a facelift about 14. Pick your treatments above to see a range for the whole trip, with the treatment, hotel, food, flights and extras listed separately.
Is VAT included in clinic prices in Bangkok?
Usually, but not always. Thailand charges 7% VAT on many services, and how it applies to cosmetic treatments varies. Ask the clinic whether VAT is included in your written quote.
Why is the result a range and not one price?
Clinics in Bangkok price the same treatment very differently, and the final price depends on your consultation. The range uses the middle half of what clinics list, so it leaves out the cheapest teaser prices and the most expensive outliers. A clinic's written quote is what counts.
What costs do clinic quotes often leave out?
For surgery: anesthesia, blood tests and scans, medication, compression garments and follow-up visits. Ask what is included before you book, and whether the price is the same for foreign and local patients.
