…This is my first review, and I'd even give it less than 1 star!!! The sales staff's attitude towards customers was absolutely appalling. I don't know how they even got hired; did they win the lottery? Customers aren't friends, and they spoke like know-it-alls, loud and disruptive to other customers. I understand they need to sell courses, but they should know that selling and harassment are different things. Some staff members even sat in the customer seating area, staring and making faces, being irritating and aggressive. And each of them was shouting and yelling like a marketplace. I don't know what their SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is. If the clinic owner sees this, I suggest they revise their SOP review. I don't know if the products are good or not, but starting the front of the shop like this is unacceptable. I've never felt so uncomfortable and victimized in a clinic before. The way they spoke was extremely bullying towards other customers. It's a good thing I didn't experience it myself. Sometimes, people should think before they speak; if something's so good, they should use it themselves first.

I came for a body contouring course. The staff were friendly and the price wasn't too expensive. I didn't feel like I saw immediate results, but overall, after two treatments, I feel it's good. However, it also depends on your diet.

The sales staff tried to sell me courses every time I received a service. Even after I'd already purchased a course, a salesperson came in 15 minutes while I was actually receiving the treatment. During the treatment, the staff also kept trying to sell me things, but not as aggressively as the salesperson. I felt uncomfortable from the very first time. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone seeking peace of mind and relaxation. If you don't like being uncomfortable, I suggest you don't try the 555฿ course, because once you get there, you'll be surrounded by salespeople to the point you'll want to crawl out.

Today I did the Freeze Firm tummy reduction program. The tummy suction machine was amazing! I did it at the Promenada branch. The staff member named Aeng was lovely, and all the staff were lovely too.

Today was my first time using their service. Pele took care of me, and he was very attentive and gave excellent advice. I was very impressed!
