  An outstanding experience from start to finish. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well organised, but what really stood out was the professionalism of the team. The consultation was thorough and informative—they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure, which immediately builds trust. I had the Brain Booster IV treatment, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. The staff were attentive throughout, regularly checking in and making sure everything was running properly. The treatment itself was relaxing, and I definitely felt more refreshed and focused afterwards. A special mention to Champagne, who provided exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, looked after every detail, and ensured the whole experience was seamless. That level of care really makes a difference.   I had a HydraFacial treatment at KKC Clinic and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. A special thanks to P’Pepsi, the staff member who assisted me throughout my visit. He was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain the different treatment options based on my skin concerns. I really appreciated that he provided helpful recommendations without making me feel pressured. After the HydraFacial, my skin felt much cleaner, well-hydrated, and noticeably brighter. Overall, I’m very happy with both the results and the excellent service. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend KKC Clinic!

  I waited a bit but it was worth it because they are kind and Professional, specially with the Brasilien laser, I felt very comfortable with no pain and quick work. Alexandrite was very Accurate checking everything and made me feel good about myself. I recommend this place. I liked all the staff, very kind and attentive to their jobs. I did hydrofacial and I’ll check the result later on. It seems good !

  Very thorough and professional. They happily let me speak to the doctor before my appointment to answer any questions I had. The doctor was very honest about results and did not pressure me to do anything. I decided to just do Botox and they explained things to me I had not heard from other doctors in the US. They process was very clean and professional and they made sure to show me the botulism bottle and expiration date. Overall great experience and friendly staff.

  I had a very disappointing experience at KKC Clinic (Siam Paragon branch). I came specifically for the Sylfirm treatment to improve the appearance of my stretch marks. Before my appointment, I was told the treatment would cost 18,000 THB per session. However, once I arrived, everything changed. The staff member named Bowie immediately started trying to upsell me. I was told that my abdominal area was “too large” and that the quoted price would only cover a much smaller area. If I wanted the full treatment, I would have to pay 36,000 THB. Then I was told I should also have collagen injections for another 36,000 THB to achieve better results. What was supposed to be an 18,000 THB treatment quickly turned into a proposal of almost 100,000 THB with all the additional procedures they were trying to sell me. The most frustrating part is that I have already had the exact same Sylfirm treatment at another reputable clinic for only 14,000 THB, where I received a full, professional session without any pressure or endless attempts to sell unnecessary extras. Not only did this clinic try to take as much money from me as possible, but they also wasted my time. At no point did I feel that anyone genuinely cared about my wellbeing or what was best for my treatment. I felt like I was treated as a wallet rather than as a patient. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this clinic asks for a full written quotation before attending and be prepared for aggressive upselling. Based on my experience, this clinic seems far more interested in maximizing how much they can charge than in providing honest advice or putting the patient’s wellbeing first.
