I visited Aura Clinic (Sathorn) for the first time after trying hospitals and other aesthetic clinics and this has been my best experience so far. The entire process was very service-oriented and comfortable, without feeling intimidating. While they did recommend some higher-end treatments, there was no hard selling, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making the overall experience very pleasant. The doctor was professional, patient and reassuring. As a male doctor, he was also able to better understand and relate to my skin type and concerns. I especially liked that they showed me the unopened product boxes, checked the expiry dates with me and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Overall, it was a very trustworthy and positive experience. For those considering future visits, they also offer a membership and points system for redeeming products, which is a nice added benefit.
