Where to begin? From first communication until post surgery daily follow ups. The team have been incredibly helpful, supportive and it really has been some of the best service I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. Thong Anan and team really go the extra mile to make you comfortable and aware of what the process is end to end. As a foreigner I felt super confident and at ease and knew what I was getting myself into. The procedure itself (upper blepharoplasty) with an added muscle procedure to correct my lazy eye. The surgery was precise - and my post care and healing time a breeze and way sooner than expected - the results are already showing and I cannot wait to see the full results. I would highly recommend this facility, located very close to CBD and bts - it’s clean, well cared for and operated with precision, exceptional customer service and post follow ups.
