The therapist was very professional, detailed, and gentle throughout the whole process, making me feel completely comfortable. The clinic is super clean, modern, and hygienic. Also, I must highlight the beautiful receptionist named Zence —she was extremely kind and provided excellent hospitality from the moment I arrived. Overall, the service at Bong Bong Clinic is outstanding and I’m very satisfied. Highly recommended!

  I was very impressed with the male sales staff member. He was friendly, warm, and incredibly attentive. He explained every step clearly, both before and after the treatment, which made me feel very comfortable. He can also communicate excellently in both Korean and English!   This was my second visit for microneedling (the first time I did microneedling with PRP), and both experiences were great. The staff is very kind, supportive, and professional. During my first visit, I came in without eating, and they even prepared a snack for me, which I really appreciated.   Have been coming to this place for years. They have recently renovated and looks much newer and cleaner. All service staff from front desk and technicians are polite, friendly and service-minded. Though prices may be a tad bit higher that what you can find in the market, they offer a wide range of services so you have the convenience of get multiple things done in one session. Parking in the building with stamp. Would recommend.
