I am very satisfied with my experience at the hospital. From the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care, kimberly from the art hospital demonstrated professionalism and genuine care. The surgeon, dr kit and dr ploy took the time to understand my concerns and explained the expected results realistically. The nursing staff were kind, attentive, and responsive whenever I had questions during recovery. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Even after the procedure, the follow-up care gave me confidence that my recovery was progressing well. Although I am still in the healing process, I am pleased with the service and support I have received so far. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking safe and professional cosmetic surgery. I chose this hospital for my double eyelid surgery and liposuction and have been very impressed with the experience. DR KID and dr Ploy was knowledgeable and explained the procedure and recovery process clearly. Kimberly were friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The post-operative care has been excellent, with detailed instructions and regular follow-up support. I am currently recovering and appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the entire team. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing experience. On June 3rd, we first contacted what appears to be an agency representing The Art Hospital regarding a breast augmentation and breast lift consultation for my wife. We were asked to provide personal photographs and medical information, which we did. Communication took place via both LINE and WhatsApp. We were promised appointments and consultations with a surgeon, but the agreed appointments were never honored. We were then informed that another agency or representative would contact us to arrange a new consultation. To this day, nobody has contacted us. What makes this particularly disappointing is that we are not casual inquiries. My wife is Thai, we live together in Switzerland, and we are planning to travel to Bangkok specifically for surgery. We are currently evaluating several leading clinics in Thailand and are prepared to pay for high-quality medical care. When discussing procedures such as breast augmentation and breast lift surgery, where costs can easily reach several thousand euros, we expect a professional level of communication and customer care. In our opinion, if a clinic wishes to position itself among the top cosmetic surgery providers in Thailand, it should be able to manage something as basic as keeping appointments and communicating reliably with prospective patients. The most concerning aspect is that the communication failed before we even became patients. If communication is already this poor during the consultation phase, international patients should seriously consider what could happen if questions, complications, or follow-up issues arise after surgery and they are already back in their home country. We are also left wondering what happened to the photographs and personal information that were submitted, who received them, and how they are being handled. We never received any clear follow-up or explanation. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend The Art Hospital. We hope management reviews this case, investigates what went wrong, and contacts us directly to explain how such a situation could occur. Very disappointed.
