  Review of Patient Experience Dr. Pikul provided excellent consultation, advice, and procedures. However, the service from the staff and the time management at this branch were terrible. I mean, truly terrible. This review is on behalf of a friend who used the service. My friend lives in another province and has to book plane tickets every time to see the doctor in Bangkok, which is very expensive. 1. First Consultation: The doctor gave excellent advice, and we decided to proceed with the procedure immediately that day without any problems. 2. Three Months After the Procedure: Follow-up appointment with the doctor. A clear appointment was made in advance, but close to the date, the staff called to reschedule, even though my friend had already booked plane tickets and planned her trip. The staff's demeanor was inappropriate, and it seemed like they were easily agreeing to the rescheduling, especially since the patient had traveled a long distance. Finally, the staff informed us that the doctor would be coming in for a "special" appointment, so we ended up seeing her at another branch in Nonthaburi. My question is: Shouldn't the staff check the doctor's schedule thoroughly before scheduling an appointment? And what exactly does "special appointment" even mean? It's the staff's fault. You should have known that this patient didn't live in Bangkok and couldn't travel to see the doctor all the time. This appointment process reflects complete unprofessional management. 3. Last Follow-up (March 2026) My friend called to inquire about the doctor's schedule at the Nonthaburi branch. The staff informed her of the dates and made the appointment. My friend then booked a flight and traveled to see the doctor on the scheduled date. The appointment was at 10:00 AM. We arrived at the clinic early. •After 10 minutes, the doctor hadn't arrived. The staff only informed us that the doctor was on their way. •After 20 minutes, we inquired again. And this is what happened: The staff called my friend into the room and informed her, "The doctor won't be coming because they have a case." I want to ask directly, didn't the staff know from the beginning that the doctor had a case that day? Then what was the point of scheduling a patient for 10:00 AM? Consider this: •The patient wasted travel time. •Was paid for airfare. •Incurred various expenses. •And they traveled specifically to see the doctor directly. **I emphasize that they wanted to see the doctor at the clearly stated appointment time.** But in the end, they were informed... After waiting for the doctor to arrive, it was a terrible and disrespectful experience. The staff offered to see the doctor if I wanted, as they might arrive in about two hours. My question is, what about the 10 am appointment? And who will take responsibility for the wasted time, travel expenses, and airfare? Finally, the clinic offered a video call with the doctor. To be frank, if a video call with a doctor is necessary, my friend could have done it from her home in another province; there's no need to spend money and time traveling to Bangkok. This experience has left me very disappointed with the clinic's service. Compared to the cost of this procedure, and compared to other clinics I've used, the management here is extremely poor. Patients should receive clear appointment scheduling, professional management, and accountability for their time. This incident reflects a complete lack of standardized management, and this shouldn't happen to a patient.
