  202403 :Having good time from a good receptionist and other employees, the doctor also provided a good advice for skin problems and not overuse of botox. 20250330 : Not recommend for people who doesnt have a free schedule. I made an appointment exactly at 15.00 for botox injection. I even went there around 14.30 to talk with the sales. I got anesthetic put on around 15.20-15.30, after that there was no calling from the staffs at all! I had to call the staff myself at 16.15 and guess what? I got anesthetic put on again at 16.30!! I admitted was shocked. This getting botox injection should be done within 16.30. But I had to call the staff to make it done at 17.00!! For those who think why I cannot wait, why should I? I made an appointment correctly, I even confirmed with the staff that there's an available slot. What happened was about a bad queue management and the branch wanted to get more customers to boost the sale! If you really want to visit this branch, do not go there on holiday or vacation. Plus, do not trust the appointment, but you should have at least 3 hours to spend in case this branch has a lot of customers that day. Ohh this branch has only one doctor from 13.00-20.00, now you can see what will possibly happen on crowded day.

  I recently moved to Thailand for work about 2 months ago and have been looking for laser hair removal services. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting APEX Beauty at THE MALL Ngamwongwan, and I’m happy to share the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked in, Shirley at the check-in desk greeted me with a warm and welcoming demeanor, setting a positive tone for my visit. Her kindness was the perfect start to what turned out to be a fantastic appointment. She tried very hard to communicate with me in English and assisted with any questions I had. Tee and Nana (sorry if I misspelled the name) who handled my laser hair treatment, were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism and genuine care made a noticeable difference. I had some initial concerns about whether the clinic's equipment would be suitable for melanated skin, but Tee and Nana reassured me right away. They explained that the YAG laser would be ideal for my skin type and took the time to address all my questions and concerns with patience. They even taught me some Thai words I can say while getting my treatment done—such a fun touch! They also never rushed the process and made sure that I was at ease, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The clinic itself is on the smaller side, and the treatment rooms are quite compact, but this did not detract from the high level of care and professionalism I received. I know everyone’s skin type may be different, and although I’ve had laser hair removal before in another country, I’m pleased to say I did not experience any discomfort the next day. If you follow the aftercare tips they provide, you should be fine. One tip for future visitors: it's best to inquire about the prices beforehand to avoid any confusion when you arrive. APEX Beauty offers package deals, which can be a great value. Since this was my first time getting treatment done at this location, I paid for each area I wanted separately. However, for my next visit, I’ll likely opt for one of their package deals to make the process even smoother. I am already looking forward to my next session in 3-4 weeks and will definitely be returning to APEX Beauty. I will also be recommending this place to others, as Tee and Nana’s exceptional care and expertise make APEX Beauty a standout choice for anyone considering laser hair removal. Their dedication to providing a comfortable and effective treatment is truly commendable. Thank you ladies!!!
