  I had the opportunity to use the teeth cleaning service under my social security benefits, as I've done many times before. Usually, I encounter dentists who are lovely, polite, and respectful to both patients and assistants in the dental clinic. This time, however, I was so displeased that I had to write a review. From the moment I entered, the dentist asked the assistant, "Why are there so many people? Do you accept social security here?" Is it appropriate to ask such a question in front of a patient? During the procedure, the dentist chatted with the assistant over the patient's head, engaging in frivolous conversation and even gossiping about another assistant's incompetence. Is this appropriate? The dentist also asked if I had had dental implants. This is extremely questionable. Didn't you read the x-ray before proceeding? Other dentists do this. The dentist used the swear word "f*ck" (or "damn" in Thai). I've never encountered such rude language from a dentist before. While it's a common expression, it needs to be used with proper etiquette. After inquiring with the clinic administrator, I learned that the dentist is a part-time worker, initially identified by the letter P., is of a slightly overweight build, and is of a certain age. I would like to suggest to the clinic owner that they screen their dentists more carefully, because while other patients may not report this, no one is okay with this kind of service. And if this continues, it won't be good for the clinic. P.S. Social security beneficiaries aren't asking for free service; they pay through social security and deserve the same level of service. Please consider adjusting the attitude of the staff who will be working in this position. Best regards...

  Excellent service. They offer dental X-rays, and since I used my social security insurance, there was no extra charge for the X-rays. They also provided fluoride treatment. Today I came for a teeth cleaning, and next time I'll book an appointment for fillings.

  We came for our child's dental sealant treatment. The dentist was kind, patient, and explained the procedure clearly beforehand. The clinic was clean, air-conditioned, and had parking. The staff were also very helpful and always smiling.

  I decided to get dental implants here because I saw the doctor on social media and felt the contrast was good, but also very informative. During the consultation, the doctor was nice, gave good advice, and was quite detailed. The procedure was also good. The doctor worked on it, explained things, and even hummed a song, which made the patient feel comfortable and not stressed. (Getting dental implants was much more relaxing than I expected.)

  The counter staff were very rude and gave me a harsh, unfriendly look. It was terrible. I transferred my dental treatment from the Phra Nangklao branch, and the staff there had a stern expression and spoke in a way that was completely inappropriate for someone in a front-of-house role. I warn you, absolutely do not get any medical treatment at either of these two branches. Even if you buy a promotional course, the service is like asking for it for free. It's appalling. I have never used the dental services at this branch. I've updated my review to 1 star. The manager called to apologize in person after seeing my review.
