Dr. Pam and the team working on Tuesday are behaving terribly and not professional at all. We were coming to consult for beauty, not getting insulted, if you have not enough patience or you would like to get only profits, you should reconsider your responsibilities. Spending money on beauty and trusting your profession doesn’t mean you can cheat on people without aesthetic knowledge. As a doctor, you did not give suitable consultation but only selling as much as you can; you never explain your procedures, and you did not do accordingly after injecting filler. You just injected then just let it be, how silly, and the patient trusted you, which now has became lumps on the lips, and it hurts. Imbalances injection on the nasolabial folds, how funny. We were spending money to look better, not injecting then getting rid of it and nothing being done from Dr. Pam. I was trying to understand, you might have bad days or you have others to focus on, but we spent money to seek beauty from you. Perhaps you or your family won’t get treated in the same way. Karma exists.

I'm very happy with my experience here. It was my first time. I'd seen reviews of Dr. Ploy, and initially planned to get 5cc, but she recommended 10cc. I personally saw changes immediately after the injection. The staff were very attentive, especially the staff member named Chompoo, who constantly checked on me and brought me water. She provided excellent care. I will definitely be back for more services.

I had a facial contouring injection (5cc) and Juvelook under-eye filler (1000 baht extra) on September 7th, 2025. The staff were very polite and provided excellent service, and the doctor gave great advice. The assistant kept me updated on how many cc had been injected. The doctor was very gentle. I saw a male doctor that day. He suggested additional packages but didn't pressure me because I told him I had a limited budget. I felt confident that this clinic was up to standard, as I've been to many clinics before. This clinic is very transparent about its procedures. I really liked it! My face is slimmer and my lips are fuller now. I just need to save up for the acne scars first. 😂👍
