  My boyfriend had a nose surgery here. The clinic is clean and meets high standards, and the procedure was performed in a hospital setting. Dr. Chet, the nurses, and the clinic staff were very attentive and caring, checking on him constantly. The surgery took 16 hours, and when he came out of the operating room, there was no bruising on his face at all. Now, two months later, his breathing has improved significantly, and importantly, he was able to travel abroad within the first month, comfortably going to places with sub-zero temperatures.

  My first rhinoplasty was done using the open rib cartilage technique. There was almost no bruising, only on the bridge of my nose. After the procedure, many people commented on how much my face had changed and how my nose shape now suits my face perfectly. Originally, I had a large, bulbous nose tip, a crooked septum, and uneven, large alar cartilage. Dr. Chet corrected these issues, making the nasal bridge straight and giving it a more slender look. I haven't had any problems since the procedure; I can breathe comfortably as before. For safe structural corrections, Dr. Chet is the expert, as evidenced by his many successful cases, even those difficult to manage. Dr. Chet provided excellent consultation and knowledge about rhinoplasty, emphasizing safety above all else. He gave straightforward and honest advice, and his team was very helpful and provided great service. My surgery took almost 11 hours. Personally, it's only been a month since the procedure, so there's still some swelling. I need to wait another 6 months for the shape to fully settle before I can see the clear results. I hope this will be my first and last rhinoplasty.

  I'm so glad I found Jintarak Clinic. The "before" picture is from November 2022, when I was 50 years old. I consulted with Dr. Chet to correct a botched open rhinoplasty performed by a French surgeon, which also left me with filler, resulting in a misshapen nose. This is the "after" picture after open rhinoplasty using rib cartilage for both the bridge and tip of the nose with Dr. Chet. I also had my own living fat grafted to my face to enhance its volume and give it a more youthful appearance, and had stem cells from that fat transplanted to brighten my complexion at the same time with Dr. Toey. As you can see in the picture, the difference is clearly visible. This picture was taken in August 2024, when I am 52 years old. If anyone wants to improve their appearance, I highly recommend Jintarak Plastic Surgery Center at Navavej Hospital.   I've had nose surgery twice, and each time it worsened my breathing—difficulty breathing, breathing through only one nostril, or complete inability to breathe. Dr. Chet always emphasizes that surgery is primarily for treatment, but if you have a specific desired shape, he'll advise you on whether it suits your face or if there are any potential negative side effects. However, treatment remains the top priority. Dr. Chet corrected all the internal damage, no matter how extensive. Now I can breathe freely, even though my nose is still a little swollen. Sometimes I even have a cold, but I still breathe well. The clinic is clean and modern. The doctor is skilled, the staff provides excellent care and straightforward advice, and they don't push sales.
