  Well, lesson learned. As a Botox first-timer, I trusted the experts. I paid for 100 units of Xeomin because I was told it was a full-face treatment. Apparently, in this clinic, "full face" means "forehead and around the eyes." My lower face seems to have been excluded from the package., while still carrying the full-face price tag. Adding to my concerns, I was never shown the Xeomin vial, leaving me with no way to verify what product was used or how the units were distributed. The doctor was extremely personable throughout the consultation and enthusiastically recommended additional treatments worth over 60,000 THB. After I declined, the interaction became noticeably less warm. It turns out the warmest part of the experience wasn't the treatment, it was the sales pitch! For almost AUD 700, I expected transparency, clear communication, and an actual full face treatment. Everyone's experience is different, but mine left me feeling disappointed and questioning whether I received the treatment I thought I was paying for. I won't be returning. Hopefully this helps 😊

  EDITED after their reply - That's not what happened AT ALL. And I have contacted management on WhatsApp and have been ignored. INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS DO NOT COME HERE!! We flew all the way to Bangkok specifically for treatment at this clinic and booked months in advance, only for the entire experience to be a complete waste of time. Our appointment was originally scheduled for the start of our trip, then annoyingly rescheduled at the last minute by the clinic to the very last day of our trip. We made it clear this could not happen again as we had travelled specifically for this procedure, yet they still went ahead with the change and left us with zero flexibility. When we finally arrived, after months of waiting and flying internationally, they took one look at my husband’s varicose veins and said they were “too big” to treat. That was it. No prior warning, no pre-assessment, no request for photos, nothing. Just turned away within minutes, despite months of consulting with this clinic. No one bothered to mention that the entire time. It is beyond unprofessional to accept international bookings without carrying out even the most basic suitability checks beforehand. If they had done their job properly, we would have booked with another clinic and actually had the treatment done. Instead, we’ve wasted months waiting, spent money to travel here, and left with nothing. No treatment and no time left to go elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this clinic. Completely disorganised, poor communication, and zero regard for patients who are travelling specifically for their services.

  Needed some clarifications from my travel insurance company, wrote in specifically with the requirements needed, got a smart-alec reply from the customer service and no updates after that, lapsing my travel insurance claim. Wont be returning since this is the kind of post service that I be getting. Update: This crappy clinic replied and apologised for their lapse in service, which this service appeared after i posted the first review, then came the gesture of goodwill to ask for the insurance claim which was rejected due to their delay in responding, I sent to them but they replied and said they can only pay me 900baht out of goodwill. Keep the money, 900baht is exactly how your service is worth, in the lower tier. Craps clinic, even crappier response.
