The staff were very attentive and provided detailed, easy-to-understand explanations. The doctor was very gentle and it didn't hurt at all. They checked before the injection to see where to focus the treatment. Before the injection, they opened the medication box, drew the medication, scanned the box, and even let me take the box home. I felt very confident that it was safe. The clinic was very clean and didn't feel cramped; it was very relaxing. I didn't have to wait long at all. Absolutely fantastic! 100/10
