  We had our nose done here and it was great! The staff were very attentive and lovely. The doctor was lovely and you can tell her what kind of nose shape you want; she rarely does the same thing twice. The doctor was very gentle, the place was clean, the service was excellent, and she was very polite. The price was good with no hidden costs, and the shape is beautiful. There's plenty of parking. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a new nose job or revision. ☺️🥰😍💕

  Dr. Akara was very painful and seemed angry. I forgot to read the reviews before the procedure and only checked them afterward, but those reviews have since disappeared. He said my nose would have a raised scar and wouldn't be very prominent, but he said one thing before I got on the operating table and only told me afterwards that it could only be this much. It was clearly a forced decision. The person in the next bed got the same treatment. The promotion was 10,000 baht; would anyone accept that? The salesperson said they would use cartilage from behind my ear, but would any salesperson believe that? Even when they said it in front of the doctor, he didn't agree at all. How could anyone believe that? They offered free Botox, but later told me to go to the Bang Khae branch. They kept insisting, but in the end, the injection had no effect. On the day of the procedure, I tried to test their responsibility. I drank coffee and pretended my lips were trembling. The woman in the coffee was wearing a different outfit than the others; she was either the owner or the manager. She said it was probably the coffee.

  Today I took my sister to get a nose job. My first impression was that the staff didn't greet customers at all; they only asked for names. Okay, I thought they were probably busy. My sister and I didn't check if there was a sign saying "Please change your shoes," but we walked in barefoot. One staff member immediately ordered us to put our shoes in the locker. The third issue was that my sister said we could bring one relative. When we arrived, they asked if the relative could wait in the cafe next door. We said no, we don't like sitting in cafes, and we were there to accompany my sister. We only agreed to let them wait upstairs. The third issue, as her older sister, was that I felt compelled to listen to the conversation between the staff and my sister about the procedure. What I disliked most was the staff's demeanor and facial expressions. Initially, I planned to go see my sister and, if things went well, I would consider getting her nose and eye surgery as well. After this experience, I'm definitely going to skip this place. If my sister hadn't already booked an appointment and traveled from out of town, I would have left already because I was so disappointed. I hope they improve in this area.
