  I decided to have rhinoplasty with Dr. Group at Yongdo Clinic 6 days ago, and I'm very impressed! From the pre-operative consultation to the post-operative care, the staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in.   Here's a review based on my real experience: If you're thinking of going, I recommend you run away!!! There are many cheaper and better options out there. At first, the advertised promotional price seemed great. But on the day of the procedure, there were tons of hidden extra charges, totaling over 40,000 baht. I was shocked because it didn't match the advertisement at all. But I was prepared for it and had already taken time off work, so I had to pay to get it done that day. The coordination among the staff was terrible. To put it simply, it was awful. Appointments were broken and constantly rescheduled. Even after the scheduled time, I had to wait another 1-3 hours before actually getting into the operating room. Inside the operating room, the doctor played relaxing music, and the doctor's assistants kept coming in and out, about 4-5 people, chatting amongst themselves. Importantly, they only gave me local anesthesia, not general anesthesia, so I was aware of everything the whole time. I've never experienced anything like this before. I've had procedures done at Yanhee Hospital before, and the doctors and nurses there were much more professional. For this price, you could get better value at a reputable clinic or with a more famous doctor. This review is from a real customer, not a paid review like some others. After the surgery, I went for my follow-up appointment, but the doctor forgot to give me the medication. I was very confused. Ultimately, it had to be sent later. It took 2 days to arrive because I was out of town, causing my face to swell longer than it should have. If I could go back in time, I would choose a better clinic or hospital. I've had other procedures done at Yanhee Hospital before, and their service was clear, step-by-step, and there were no hidden charges like this.
