  The counter staff (I regret I forgot her name) speaks good English and explained the treatment clearly and professionally. What I really appreciated was her approach informative, calm, and no hard selling at all. We chose Doctor Pim after reading reviews describing her as patient and gentle and that was exactly our experience. She carefully assessed both my husband’s and my condition, advising honestly on what should be done and what need not be done, which I value greatly. Dr Pim explained the cause-and-effect, the expected outcomes, and the realistic likelihood of results after treatment in a clear and reassuring manner. It felt educational rather than sales-driven. Pricing here is transparent, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. Overall, a professional and trustworthy clinic. I’ll be happy to share this clinic with friends and will definitely return again.

  I had under-eye filler at V Square Clinic EmQuartier and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was left with unevenness, a visible/movable lump, an unnatural steplike cheek- undereye transition, repeated swelling, and my hollows barely improved. The doc ofcourse said this would settle but confirmed that the lumps were product. One month later, after it in fact… didn’t settle, I went to another clinic for a second opinion and was told the filler was superficial and should be dissolved. Having to correct something I originally did to feel better about my appearance caused me much more stress than the issue I started with. What frustrated me further was that V Square refused to provide a written doctor’s note explaining how the filler had been injected. Instead, they made me return to the clinic just to have everything explained verbally. The doc also attributed the repeated swelling to things like vaccination, infection or illness, even though I had not been sick and another clinic had already told me the filler was placed superficially and recommended dissolving it. I understand results can vary, but based on my experience I would not recommend V Square for under-eye filler.

  Great experience here. I have been to a few shops in Thailand.. these guys are great operators in a super crowded market. Happy I found them and I will be back. Dr. Pim was awesome, she has great hands and spoke better English than me and I grew up in the US… see you guys soon

  I have been using V Square's services for many times and have visited several different branches. Today was my first time visiting this branch. All staff and the nurse, who were both extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the consultation provided by the female doctor. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering professional guidance, I was simply told to consult another doctor if I was worried, and then come back afterward. I decided to visit another V Square branch on the same day, where I received excellent care and professional advice. This is the first time I have left a V Square clinic feeling disappointed. I am sure I would not feel comfortable recommending my friends or other peoples to consult with her.
