I visited this clinic while traveling from Melbourne, I had never had any cosmetic treatments done before and I was super nervous! The refinery clinic was incredibly clean and modern, had a very calming vibe and I felt completely at ease. The staff were so lovely and the doctor was amazing, he had a very conservative and “less is more” approach to treatments and injectables which was very reassuring and exactly the kind of service I wanted. I got the ultraformer III, restylane HA filler and the rejuvenating IV Drip, the procedures were completely painless and the lovely staff completely put me at ease. I would 100% recommend this clinic especially if you want to avoid the larger commercial clinics! I am definitely coming back next year 🥰❤️

I had such a pleasant experience from the start to finish. The receptionist was extremely helpful with my appointment and the doctor was very professional and thorough. He answered all my quesions and gave me very detailed treatment plan which targeted my skin concerns (acne and pigmentation). The clinic has such a nice vibe to it as well and feels so clean and new! Highly recommend.
