Funny story… For the past 4 years, my wife and I have been visiting this clinic and were always treated exceptionally well by an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, after the ownership/sales change, everything seems to have changed. The level of care and customer service has significantly declined. Simple requests are met with little understanding or support. What I find most unreasonable is that if you have already paid for a treatment but are unhappy with it and wish to switch to an alternative, they require you to pay the full cost of an entirely new treatment—sometimes up to 30 times more—rather than offering a fair adjustment or credit. It’s disappointing to see such a drastic change in a clinic we once trusted and highly recommended.
