At first, I was a little nervous because I was afraid they'd try to sell me a course, but the staff member wasn't pushy at all. She was lovely, gave good advice, and was very friendly. My first time here was great and I wasn't disappointed at all. 🥰

  I called to reserve a voucher as it was about to expire, but the staff informed me that the service was fully booked and they could not accept reservations. I was quite disappointed because the voucher stated the expiration date and terms and conditions, but it didn't mention any limitations on the number of vouchers or that I wouldn't be able to use it once the limit was reached. If there were any limitations on the number of users, this should have been clearly stated at the time the voucher was issued so that customers could plan and book in advance. Ultimately, I had a valid voucher but couldn't use it. What further displeased me was that after being informed that I couldn't use the voucher, the staff suggested I purchase a trial service instead. This was surprising, as they should have had a way to accommodate customers with vouchers still within their validity period if trial services were still available. I hope the store will improve its communication of terms and conditions and its voucher management to prevent other customers from experiencing similar situations.
