I wish to share my extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. I went for hyaluronic acid filler injections to correct my nasolabial folds. Initially, the clinic informed me that only two vials of filler were needed to achieve satisfactory results. Due to the high price, I decided against it and prepared to leave. As soon as I informed them that I would not be proceeding and was about to leave, the doctor's explanation suddenly changed. The doctor tried to convince me that only one vial would be sufficient and could produce good results. I was surprised by this contradiction but chose to trust the doctor. During the procedure, I noticed that only a few injection points were used, and the entire procedure was completed very quickly. I then paid approximately 400–500 euros. The problem is that after the treatment, I saw no noticeable results whatsoever. Later, I received treatment at another clinic in the same area. Again, only one vial of filler was used, but this time there were significantly more injection points, the procedure took considerably longer, and the results were clearly visible. Based on this experience, I seriously question whether the full amount of filler I was charged for was actually administered. Based on all these facts, I feel that the primary objective seems to be closing the sale and getting me to pay, rather than providing appropriate advice or focusing on the best possible outcome for the patient. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to this clinic.

Based on my experience using this branch for about two or three years, the staff are friendly, lovely, and don't push sales of courses at all. I feel comfortable when I come here; if I want to buy a course, I can just buy it. They send promotions via LINE every month, without being aggressively pushy like at other places.
