  I never contacted this clinic before, so I do not know how they got my LINE account After that, I asked a clear question about mole removal. They did not properly read or answer my question. Instead, they kept sending promotional pictures, videos, and unrelated treatment information This is not professional communication for a clinic. Patients ask medical questions because they need clear answers, not random spam messages. After I told them its spam they started arguing with me and sent more and more useless messages until I blocked. The admin handling LINE messages should be replaced or properly trained

  I went here to get two hip dermal piercings removed. I looked everywhere and could not find a place until running into this clinic. It went incredibly smooth, the doctor and the nurse were so kind and I was very scared. The nurse held my hand, bless her. And the doctor did such a quick job too. I highly recommend this clinic!! Thank you so much !!! 🙏🏻

  I rarely write reviews, but this clinic deserves one! The doctor is really professional and listens to all of your concerns, and tells you exactly what you need, the nurses are extremely nice and friendly and can speak good English they took good care of me. They have their own line of skincare which is really good and suited my skin type, also the facial that the doctor recommend, was really helpful I could see good results after only one session, brighter skin and my skin texture was so smooth. What made this clinic standout is that I paid for one of the treatments which needed four session but I only did one and couldn’t get the rest done due to some health issues, when I messaged them regarding it they immediately agreed on refunding me partially or switching the treatment to something else, I requested a refund and they transferred it immediately to my account.

  Such amazing staff! Extremely professional and friendly. I changed my appointment 3 times, and each time, they understood and accommodated my changes. I even arrived early for my appointment today to get my piercing removed, and they greeted me so politely. Reception was super helpful, and they even helped translate some medical documents that were in thai so I could understand it and fill it in. Had my free consultation with the doctor, and he gave me a free reasonable and affordable price to have my dermal piercing removed. And he even did it right at that moment in less than 20 minutes. The staff made me feel so comfortable, and the doctor explained everything to me as the procedure was happening and made me feel absolutely comfortable and talked me through everything. 100% recommend this clinic for any skin problems or piercing removal procedures, especially dermal piercings. BONUS: They speak very good english so it is definitely friednly for those like me who speak no Thai. A big thanks to the staff and the doctors who were just the best I have met thus far

  Doctor and nurses were extremely patient and would listen out to your concerns. The doctor is very attentive to your concerns, understands your existing condition, and prescribes a variety of treatment plans based on your comfort levels, a very big plus! Highly recommend👌🏻
