The procedure wasn't as scary as I thought; it only hurt when they injected the local anesthetic. The shape is clearly visible after the procedure; my lips look more defined. Now I'm waiting for the swelling to subside. Overall, I'm very impressed. 💕

This is a beauty clinic located in the T59 Westgate complex. You need to exchange your ID card to enter the complex. The clinic is clean, the equipment is modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent advice. The doctor is also very good, with a gentle touch. The receptionist was very rude. I wanted to ask for advice, but was asked if I had an appointment. I said no, I just wanted to consult and get details. The employee said, "The doctor isn't here. We'd like you to come in and see the doctor." Basically, she didn't want me in at all. It felt like being rejected. She interrupted me constantly throughout the conversation and didn't listen to what I was asking. The company should train its employees to speak more politely. In short, I'd rather use another service.
