  I had my first rhinoplasty here. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent advice and recommendations. The doctor was also very kind. There was a bit of a wait due to the queue, but I was very impressed with the clinic's service. They followed up with phone calls throughout the process. I will definitely come back again. 🙏🏻

  Based on my experience: On the day I used their services, the service staff was terrible. They ignored customers, just sat around chatting. When booking, we had already confirmed the appointment time, but they didn't show up at that time. Then, one day before the surgery, they called to reschedule, asking if that time was convenient, even though we had already scheduled it. Why change the time if you can't use it? We had already confirmed the time and date when we made the deposit. On the actual day of the appointment, we waited for a very long time. The scheduling was poorly managed, making customers wait for hours. We waited for over 4 hours before seeing the doctor and having surgery. We were exhausted from waiting. The staff didn't even look at or pay attention to customers. Who would want to go there? We left. The doctor was extremely harsh; you couldn't ask any questions, and he was very rude and aggressive. During the surgery, he was very rough and didn't care if we were in pain. He injected the anesthetic quickly and immediately started the surgery without any preliminary testing or asking if we were in pain. He was very rushed. The clinic looked old and not very clean. The price wasn't cheap compared to other places. Everything was not okay and needs improvement. They are in the service industry. This is my honest opinion as a real customer. I have no intention of damaging the clinic's reputation. I have the right to express my true opinion. • This review is for the public good, not defamation.

  I'm so impressed! My last nose surgery was incredibly painful, but this time it was painless. The doctor even asked if I was scared because he saw I was tense. As soon as he injected the local anesthetic, I didn't feel anything at all. I just lay there feeling blissful! Hahaha. 10/10, no points deducted!
