  I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience with NSC Clinic. I paid a 10,000 THB deposit for my rhinoplasty, but later decided to cancel the surgery because the price for a rib-only rhinoplasty was much higher than I expected. At this point, I would rather have the surgery done in Turkey. The main issue was a clear miscommunication from the beginning. Their admin told me that I had a promotional/discounted price, and I clearly explained several times that I did not want any implants and wanted to use only my own rib for the surgery. Based on that information, I agreed to the price I was given. However, after I confirmed the surgery details again, the price was suddenly changed because I wanted a rib-only procedure. I feel this should have been clarified from the very beginning, especially when I repeatedly explained exactly what type of surgery I wanted. As a client, I should be able to make an informed decision based on the correct information provided to me. What has been even more frustrating is that it has now been a month and I still haven’t received my deposit back. They continue to insist on their deposit policy, which, given the circumstances and the initial miscommunication, does not feel reasonable to me. I understand that clinics have policies, but clients also deserve clear communication, transparency, and respect for their decisions. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing and begging to get my own money back. Another issue I experienced was the communication. They assign an admin to you, but whenever I had questions or needed clarification, it often took a very long time to get a response. This made the whole process even more stressful, especially as a foreign client. I’m sharing this because I genuinely hope other people, especially foreigners considering surgery here, are aware of my experience. If you cannot provide clear information and proper communication to international clients, please don’t waste their time or take their deposits without properly clarifying all the details beforehand. I really hope NSC Clinic can resolve this and refund my 10,000 THB deposit. I never expected that I would have to spend this much time asking for my own money back.

From the consultation onwards, the doctor and staff gave detailed, easy-to-understand advice and didn't pressure me into making a decision. The post-operative care was excellent. They continuously followed up on my condition and provided guidance throughout the recovery period, which made me feel very reassured. Now my nose is starting to settle, and I love the result.
