  This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The doctor gave excellent advice and addressed my specific problems. The staff at the clinic were also very attentive. The products here are authentic and verifiable. I highly recommend Nova Clinic. They are sincere, honest, provide excellent care, and deliver great results.   The clinic is clean, and the staff are all polite and lovely. I was worried about my dark circles and considering surgery to remove under-eye bags, but after consulting with the doctor, who examined me and asked about my concerns, I opted for suture injections instead, as surgery wouldn't be a solution. The results are amazing; my under-eyes look much brighter. P.S. The doctor has a very gentle touch.

  I recently had corrective eyelid surgery with a new doctor. The procedure was detailed and the doctor gave good advice. My eyes weren't very bruised afterwards, and my eyelids look smaller, just as I wanted. I'm waiting for the stitches to be removed. The staff were lovely and very attentive. My mother was also very nice. The staff didn't pressure me into buying any packages; they just offered helpful recommendations.

  From real-life experience... don't trust anyone easily. 💸 Expensive things aren't always good. 💸 From someone who had "under-eye bag removal" surgery 👁️‍🗨️ The overall scarring is okay. **The dark circles under my eyes haven't gone away.** There's some swelling on some days. When I asked about responsibility, they offered laser treatment to remove the dark circles. They said it's a post-operative service for everyone. 😢 But it hasn't improved anything... the dark circles haven't disappeared. ...Anyone writing a review needs to be careful!! One day... you might get a warning letter sent to your home. If you don't delete the review, you might get a lawsuit. We are ordinary customers who actually used the service. When we reviewed truthfully about what happened to us, they said it wasn't allowed because it was impolite. So they had to send a warning letter to our home 📩 If we didn't delete the review, they would send a court summons instead. So, be careful and think carefully before writing a review. 🌺 I've used beauty clinics many times, but none have ever treated a customer like this. Sending a warning letter about "self-reviews" is unacceptable. It has to be polite compliments only. This is awful!! I saved up every penny to enhance my beauty. ⛔ This is a cautionary tale for me. I need to think carefully and be content with what I have to avoid suffering. ⛔ How do I feel now? Extremely disappointed that I trusted the wrong person and place. I never thought that saving up to get under-eye bag removal for my birthday would turn into receiving a warning letter telling me to delete or change a negative review to a polite compliment instead. Otherwise, I might be sued if I don't delete or change the review. 🤬 I regret spending the money so much 📣📣📣 I want my money back** but they won't give it back. If they don't give it back, I won't take it. I'll consider it... 🙏 a charitable donation to cleanse my "stupidity" for being so easily deceived. 📣 Before agreeing to any service 📣 They promised it wouldn't be as bruised or swollen as when I had my nose done. "It would only be bruised or swollen for 2-3 weeks. *You'll be beautiful in time for your birthday!" (This is what made me trust them and agree to the eyelid surgery, transferring the money that same day.) But in reality, the swelling under my eyes was severe. 😡 In short, my eyes were swollen and puffy, like I'd been beaten up. They were bruised, purple, and so swollen I could barely open my eyes. It was terrifying!! 📍I didn't go to the hospital because I thought it would gradually get better, but it stayed swollen and bruised for months, severely impacting my work. 🎂Instead of having a happy birthday, I was left suffering and misery. 😭😭😭😭😭 😖 I was so stressed I couldn't sleep. I was stressed every time I looked in the mirror and saw the dark circles under my eyes. I looked so much prettier before the surgery… If I could go back in time, I would rather not have known about this place and never have met them again. 😢👁️‍🗨️ So sad and disappointed. 📍📍 I want everything to end well because I have young children to take care of. I don't have the money or the free time to hire a lawyer and go to court. 🤬 Poor people always lose to the power of money. ⛔ Those who give in don't always lose... 📣📣 Anyone thinking of getting cosmetic surgery should think carefully, gather information thoroughly, and don't rush into a decision. You won't regret wasting your money like me. I didn't get my money back (because the procedure was already done). Plus, the results aren't what I hoped for. There's nothing I can do but accept it and let it end. Like those naive people do. I traveled so far, and I'm utterly disappointed.*** 😖😖😖 And it will be a stigma stuck "under my eyes" until the day I die. The end!! A cautionary tale!! 😢😢😢😢 Please don't contact me again.
