  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Mesa by Dr. Aor highly enough. I first visited the clinic for help with a flare-up of eczema, and from the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism. Dr. Aor took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and explain everything clearly. She prescribed medication to help settle my symptoms and also recommended a moisturiser she has personally developed, which has been wonderful. What impressed me most was that Dr. Aor never made me feel rushed. Throughout my appointment, she continually asked, “Do you have any more questions?” and took the time to answer every one with patience and genuine care. She also gave me practical advice on the creams and skincare I should use going forward to better manage my eczema. After seeing how knowledgeable and caring she was, I also decided to have Profhilo treatment on my face and neck to help improve the dryness of my skin. Dr. Aor has a gentle hand—I had virtually no bruising afterwards, and the entire experience was comfortable. To help calm and deeply hydrate my skin, the team applied a Pure BIM+ Hydrogel Mask immediately after the treatment, and they sent me home with additional masks so I could continue caring for my skin over the following days. A huge thank you to Ellah and the team. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing ever felt rushed, and Ellah made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The clinic itself is lovely, clean, and creates such a calming and relaxing atmosphere. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and genuinely invested in achieving the best possible outcome for her patients, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Aor and the wonderful team at Mesa.
