  Edit : Here I’m again just to let you all know that they never reached out to me after they responded that they will reach out immediately. So just avoid going to this clinic if you don’t want to waste your money and time . Despite all the negative reviews, I chose this clinic to do Brazilian laser and whitening (part of their promotion) for 12 times around this time in 2025 just because the client is closer to where I live. My first day at clinic (15 July 2025), everything they did was trying to sell me more stuff which was very unnecessary service and I found it very uncomfortable and unprofessional. They brought you to the room for consultation and it took more than 30 minutes and I was there just trying to say “No” to things that they almost forced me to buy. Since that day, every time I went back for the appointment, the sales representative who tried to upsell gave me the face with attitude. I wasn’t really comfortable going there anymore since my first time but I already bought the package and I went back for total 8 times out of 12 times. Because the last time (my 8th time) I was there for my appointment (11th February 2025 at 17:00), they made me wait for 45 minutes without a single information about why I had to wait 45 minutes. I asked one of their staffs and she just kept on saying “just a moment”. Nobody came to say sorry or inform me about anything. I left the client with the decision that I’ll never go back there again. It wasn’t the first time that they made me wait because 10-20 minutes of waiting time was every single time I went. I wish I could give minus star and I strongly recommend you to choose the clinic where they offer the same service and treatment to everyone who spends the same amount of money at their business. I’m not sure about other branches but I can tell that they offer probably the same unprofessional service. I prefer to let them take my money of the rest 4th times then going back there again and get myself treated by unprofessional team.

  Very disappointed with my experience. I tried the Blink Blink IV drip at this clinic, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. They had to insert the needle twice, and now my vein is swollen and painful. Even after saying sorry one time , my forearm still hurts and is sensitive to touch. I paid for this service, so I expected better care and professionalism. The service is good but. They pushed to sell many items. There are promotions but when I arrive they said need more to do and forced me to sell items. Very annoying.

  Please don’t get laser here, even if it’s cheap — it’s not worth it. I did 8 sessions with them and saw minimal improvement. The waiting time is terrible: anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Yes, one time I waited 2 hours. They kept saying, “You’ll see results later, it takes time,” but that’s not true. I went to another clinic and after just two sessions, the hair is almost completely gone. They are only interested in taking your money and constantly trying to sell you more products. After the first appointment, when the service is still good, they push you to leave a review. That’s how they get so many positive comments and such a high score. Don’t be fooled — those reviews are misleading. My experience was very disappointing.

  I have been using the clinic for almost a year for lesser service. The staff at the exam room are really nice and kind. In another hand I really disappointed with their time management here. The clinic never be able to manage to do their service on time. I always have to wait 1 hour or more to get my service that I make appointment a month in advance as usual. I never be able to get a service on time. They always late. Every time I have laser appointment here I always end up need to cancel my plan for the rest of the day because I will never know when I will truly get my service. I wish my package here will be done soon. So I don’t need to face this ridiculous service anymore.

  The service is only good until they receive your money. They only provide the hair cap for photos; everything is fake. Don't believe what you see in their Facebook advertising—it's a total 'bait and switch.' Once they have your money, they stop caring about you. They were also very unclear about the promotion. They were told a facial cleaning was included in promotion, but they just handed me two small bottles of perfume instead. They never even mentioned that the perfume was replacing the facial cleaning on that day. I had known next appoint when they ask another promotion. It’s very dishonest. I hope they will be honest on customer. They also took a video and offered someone a gift. It's manipulating other customer as well. Don't interested in a cheaper price if the outcome isn't good. I feel like I've wasted my money because I’m not seeing any improvement. I’m really frustrated. Regarding the appointments, they only scheduled the first two; after that, I had to be the one to follow up and arrange everything. Please check the one-star reviews before you go. The five-star ones might be fake
