I booked an appoint online a couple of days in advance to get a HIFU treatment. They got in touch with me a day before the appointment to confirm if I was coming to which I did. I came on time and I was able to do the registration fairly quickly and have spoken to the doctor for the treatment I was planning to get. I was then directed at the waiting area to wait for my turn. An hour passed and I was still waiting. During that wait, I was looking at reviews for this clinic and found some negative ones from the unreasonable waiting time to some getting botched. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, I asked one of the staff how much longer am I going to wait and I was told an hour more which is ridiculous and defeats the whole purpose of booking an appointment in advance especially you got some place to be. I left without getting any treatment, and my time wasted. If you have no other plans for the day, I would say it might be worth waiting although I can’t comment on how worth it its gonna be since I did get anything done. The only good thing about my visit is that the staff were lovely.

Incredibly confusing trying to talk to the customer service here. She was very polite but couldn't answer very simple questions that all clinics of this kind should be able to answer. I asked her about the vitamin infusion and she told me she was unable to tell me the amount of vitamin c in each infusion. I think most customers would like to know what they are having injected into their blood stream... She kept repeating that she was unable to reveal the secrets of the "formula". I simple wanted to know how many mg of vitamin c per syringe I would be getting each time I came for an injection. I don't want their "formula". I am still interested in getting it done but without knowing the amount they are injecting, I can't make an informed decision. Very frustrating.

They arw the absolute worst clinic I've ever been to. The doctor botched my face terribly.I got 6 cc pf filler injected which I had dissolved 2 weeks later. Not to mention the unprofessional staff and owner. STAY AWAY!
