It was my first time getting microneedling, laser hair removal and botox. Pop was very quick to reply and arranged an appointment quickly, while answering all of my questions very patiently. Once there, my technician told me what to expect pain and feeling wise, they were very welcoming and kind, very easy to talk to which put me at ease instantly as they knew exactly what they were doing. Their after-care and follow up communication was really outstanding too, Bow checked up on me several times afterwards to see how I was doing, which was a really nice gesture. So disappointed in the 5,000bts 7step facial I received. Firstly I only booked this treatment as they do extraction and this is what I needed. Only to find out they do extraction only on nose!! Which I did not need. I needed around my cheek area. But they cannot do this. Only if I pay more!!!! Have to say the staff were very nice and that is the reason I went ahead. I wish I hadn’t. The facial was ok but when the mask was applied for approx 15mins. I was left in the room on my own. No foot or hand massage! This facial is not worth the money at all. I have had so much better for so much less money. I didn’t complain at the time as when I came out of the room they were all rushing to go home as it was the start of song kran and were closing. Not good at all
