I had two pearls removed for 3,900 baht and was very impressed. I inquired at several clinics, and many quoted tens of thousands of baht. I was initially hesitant because they asked for a deposit, but after the procedure, I was very satisfied. The doctor was highly skilled, the procedure didn't take long, and it wasn't as painful as I expected. The medical assistants were also very helpful and welcoming. The service was very good, but be prepared. Anyone who says it's painless is wrong; it hurts during the injections, and there are several, but it's not too painful. The pain comes again about 2 hours after the anesthetic wears off. After the procedure, rest immediately, eat something, and take your medication.
