I've known him for years and even I did a double take. Naturally I asked him where he went, and he pointed me straight to Dr. PAUL Hair Clinic. So I booked a visit to check it out for myself. First thing to know: this place is popular, and they run a tight ship. You can't just walk in, you need to book an appointment ahead of time, and the queue moves in a pretty organized way. Honestly, that gave me more confidence rather than less. A clinic that's this in-demand and still keeps things structured is usually a good sign that they know what they're doing. The actual visit was genuinely a good experience. The atmosphere inside is calm and relaxing, not clinical and cold like a lot of medical offices tend to feel. The staff were attentive and easy to talk to. The doctor took real time with me, answered my questions properly, and didn't rush me out the door just to get to the next patient. The doctor walked me through the transplant process but also explained PRP as an option, either alongside a transplant or on its own if I just want to strengthen what I've still got. It felt less like a sales pitch and more like an actual consultation. I haven't fully decided yet whether I'm going through with a transplant myself, it's a big decision and I want to be sure. But after seeing my friend's results and experiencing the place firsthand, I already know that if and when I do pull the trigger, Dr. PAUL Hair Clinic is where I'm going ^_^

  I visited this clinic based on its excellent reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me a few questions, including whether I smoked. As soon as I answered “yes,” she made a noticeably judgmental facial expression before walking away, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. During the consultation, the doctor only suggested very basic treatments, such as minoxidil, which I could have easily purchased from a pharmacy. There was no clear assessment of my condition or recommendation on which treatment would be most suitable for me. When I specifically asked whether PRP would be the right option, the doctor’s response was simply, “It’s up to you.” That left me wondering what the purpose of the consultation was if there was no professional guidance. After the consultation, the receptionist repeatedly pressured me to pay in advance for PRP treatment. Even after I politely declined, she continued trying to persuade me. She then asked me to connect with the clinic on LINE for any future questions. While doing so, she took my phone and posted a 5-star review on my behalf without my knowledge or consent, which I found completely unethical. After leaving the clinic, I messaged on LINE requesting a copy of my prescription. Instead of helping, the receptionist responded rudely, asking why I needed it. She said she would send it later, but I never received it. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I expected honest medical advice and respectful service, but unfortunately received neither.
