  I I was expecting a proper consultation with a qualified dermatologist who would examine my skin, provide professional advice, and identify any specific skin concerns. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. The consultation lasted about five minutes, and I didn’t feel that any real assessment of my skin was carried out. Instead, the focus seemed to be on recommending products. An assistant remained in the room throughout the consultation, and I felt that the main objective was to determine which products I could purchase. Even before the consultation had really started, I was already being asked which injectable treatments I wanted, even though that wasn’t the reason I had come. Unfortunately, I feel this has become quite common in Thailand. For a consultation costing 1,000 THB, I don’t think it offers good value, and I can’t recommend it. Personally, I found ChatGPT more helpful in explaining my skin concerns. If you’re considering injectable treatments, it’s also worth knowing that many clinics offer a consultation free of charge.

  I highly recommend Dr Pang and her wonderful clinic. I had minor surgery on my forehead and Dr Pang and her team were highly professional throughout. I always felt I was in good hands, never any pain. This is a highly organised medical clinic and I remain extremely impressed. Highly recommend.

  I had a small laser skin treatment and Dr. Pang and her team were incredibly professional throughout the entire experience! My consultation started online and I was provided with answers to all of my questions and my concerns were met with care and assurance. Upon arriving at the clinic I was nervous as this was my first time trying a procedure like this, but Dr. Pang and her team were so friendly, knowledgeable and gentle; I felt entirely comfortable. They were very quick, provided after-care, and continue to answer any questions I have even after the treatment. Fantastic experience - I would highly recommend Dr. Pang and her team!
