Overall, it wasn't terrible, but not impressive either. I booked two months in advance and had my surgery scheduled for 1 PM, but it took until almost 3 PM, past the scheduled time. There was no prior notification of the time change; I only found out the day before the surgery. Communication needs significant improvement. It's important to understand that some clients are very particular about auspicious dates and times. Regarding post-operative care, the clinic provided bland rice porridge and a bottle of water for 250 baht. I felt the price didn't match what I received. After the procedure, I contacted them several times via LINE with questions, but the answers were often inconsistent with my questions. They mostly just recommended reading the post-operative manual instead of addressing my specific concerns. I'm not sure if the person responding was a staff member or a doctor, but the communication style was distant and lacked a sense of care, making me feel insecure during my recovery, especially since the post-operative period is when patients need guidance and reassurance the most. I understand the manual contains necessary information, but for specific questions, I expected answers that were more relevant and appropriate to my condition, rather than just being told to read the manual. Improving communication and post-operative care would greatly enhance the overall experience. As for the doctor's skill, I can't assess it at this time. Since I recently underwent surgery and am still in the recovery phase, I need to wait for the wound to heal and the results to settle before I can give an honest opinion on the surgical outcome.
