  I had my nose revision done for the second time because my nasal skin was too thin and almost perforated. I was very impressed with Dr. Chaisit. I had already had nose surgery twice before and experienced problems with thin nasal skin, visible silicone implants, and bright redness in the light. I was very worried for a long time and researched Dr. Chaisit's clinic since October of last year before finally deciding on CSS Clinic. What reassured me from the start was that the doctor personally provided consultation from the first phone call. I spoke directly with the doctor, not through staff, and he answered all my questions. He recommended removing the old silicone implant and replacing it with artificial tissue, as this is more suitable for people with thin nasal skin and those who have had previous surgery. Artificial tissue is less thin than silicone, doesn't create tension, and reduces the risk of pushing the tip of the nose or perforating the skin. On the day of the surgery, I must say the doctor was incredibly gentle. The operating room staff created a wonderful atmosphere, chatting with me constantly, which made me, someone who gets easily nervous, feel completely relaxed. There was no pressure at all. The assistants were also numerous and took excellent care of me at every step, from leading me upstairs to offering snacks, changing my clothes, teaching me how to clean, explaining the medication and the type of surgery I chose. In the operating room, they constantly checked on me, held my hand, and offered encouragement. They were truly professional. Another thing that impressed me equally was the materials used. After the surgery, the doctor showed us the old silicone implant that had been removed as a memento to take home, and also the box of new artificial tissue that was inserted, to assure us that we received genuine, high-quality, and verifiable material. We thought this was incredibly helpful, as many people worry about the lack of transparency regarding the material. This clinic gave us a significant level of reassurance. Furthermore, the medication they prescribed was of private hospital grade, exceeding expectations. Now, my nose looks very natural, the skin isn't thin, and I'm no longer worried. For anyone who has had previous nose surgery and experienced problems with thin nasal skin, or for those considering a second surgery, I highly recommend CSS Clinic. You can trust Dr. Chaisit; his medical ethics are excellent.

The doctor will only recommend what your original nasal structure can handle, prioritizing safety. - We had the silicone removed and a tip support inserted to prevent indentation because the nasal tissue had thinned and felt tight at the tip. We consulted the doctor immediately, who assessed the situation and recommended removal to allow the skin to rest because it was too thin to undergo another augmentation right away. - The doctor was very gentle and generous with the anesthetic. During the procedure, you can inform the doctor if you feel any pain or anxiety. The doctor and staff were very kind. - The price was as agreed upon, with no hidden fees. It included medication, suture removal, and wound care.

  Review of silicone nasal removal 🙏🏻 (fat graft and artificial tissue graft). My original nose was fine, but it was done a long time ago (9 years ago), and the silicone edges were visible, making me feel insecure. **A week after the revision rhinoplasty, the stitches have been removed 😊 There was very little swelling and bruising (depending on how you care for your nose; the doctor has a very gentle touch). I want to commend the doctor; I feel they are very skilled and I trust them completely. All the assistants are lovely too! I recommend Css Clinic for anyone who wants to remove silicone implants.   My nose tip was previously distorted from a nose job done elsewhere, and it was also crooked. I deliberated for a long time because I was worried about going through another painful recovery and wondering where to get it done. After a year, I found reviews of nose revision surgery here. I was very relieved because the results were quite to my liking. So I decided to have a consultation and explain my problems to the doctor. Today, August 17th, I had the revision. The procedure was very relaxing, considering I'm afraid of needles and pain (I felt like I was going to faint after my previous surgery elsewhere). The doctor was very gentle and didn't push any unrealistic expectations (they can make it more prominent if you like, but it has to be within the limits of your nose). The nurses were lovely and even ordered food for me before the surgery to check that I was ready. Finally, I'm attaching this review to express how satisfied I am. If anyone is looking for a place to revise or have a nose job done elsewhere, I highly recommend CSS with Dr. Chaisit. It's safe, reassuring, and the price isn't exorbitant. (Post-surgery photo) I bruise and swell easily; my blood type is A, but I was fine with it.
