  I want to share my honest experience with Bangkok Eye Aesthetic and Dr Jirach. I was not asked or incentivised in any way to leave this review. I am writing this purely because of how impressed I am with the level of care I received. Before deciding on my surgery, I consulted multiple doctors from several major and well-known hospitals in Bangkok. After all my consultations, I can confidently say that Dr Jirach is the most knowledgeable and detail-oriented doctor I have met. He was able to answer every single one of my questions with patience, clarity, and confidence, which gave me a lot of reassurance. What really stood out to me was his exceptional aesthetic judgement. He has an incredibly sharp eye for detail and facial harmony, and you can tell he genuinely cares about achieving the desired results but at the same time individually tailor it to suit your own unique facial structure and rather than just performing a standard procedure. His approach feels very customised and thoughtful rather than formulaic. I would also say not to be overly influenced by the high review counts of some large hospitals. In my experience, the individual skill, ethics, and dedication of the surgeon matters much more. If you want an eye surgeon who truly puts your best interests first and takes pride in his work, Dr Jirach is definitely someone you should consider. The professionalism of the entire team at Bangkok Eye Aesthetic was also top notch.   This doctor is the most ethical and trustworthy doctor I’ve ever met. I thought I needed an eye bag removal. So I set up a consultation with him. He took lots of time in his busy schedule and explained what I needed was an old filler removed from the under eye area. I went to other plastic surgeons office for a consultation before, and they all said I needed to spend 90,000 baht to smooth out my face. Turned out I really had old filler residue on my upper cheek area. I was able to dissolve it with dissolution injection. If it wasn’t for this honest doctor, I would have had an unnecessary surgery. All the other plastic surgeons are like sales men recommending me to do a lot of things done to my face only because they want my money. This doctor here is what the world needs. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. You are the best in the world!

  I had upper eyelid surgery on both eyes along with correction of my eye muscles, and honestly I was quite unsure beforehand. It wasn’t an easy decision for me. Thankfully, the doctor took plenty of time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions without any pressure, which made me feel much more confident about going ahead. On the day of the surgery I was a bit nervous, but I was welcomed by calm, friendly staff who quickly helped me relax. The procedure went very well — I actually fell asleep during the operation and was woken up when it was finished. Afterwards I didn’t have any real pain, just some mild discomfort the first evening. I did get some swelling and a few bruises, but far less than I had expected. Overall, the whole experience was honestly much better than I had imagined. I really felt seen, cared for and taken seriously throughout the entire process, which means a lot when you’re going through something like this. I can warmly recommend this clinic. If I ever need a similar procedure again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you for such a safe and positive experience.
