  Had a really good experience at Aura Bangkok! Came here for a few treatments inclusive of boosters, lifting and IV drips. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and everything was explained clearly before we started. The whole process was smooth and comfortable, and the clinic itself is really nice and clean. Would definitely come back again next time I’m in Bangkok!

  I had my Pico Laser treatment at Aura Clinic about a month ago and had a great experience. The doctor was very friendly and explained my skin condition and the treatment clearly during the consultation. The clinic also followed up with me by email after the treatment to check on my skin, which I really appreciated. After a month, I can see my skin looks brighter and more even. They also have good promotions like buy 1 get 1, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I’m happy with both the service and the results.

  First time trying drip and face lifting with Aura BKK Thonglor branch! Was welcomed by very friendly staffs the reception though I have been changing the timing. After consulting Dr Natty I had decided to proceed with the face uplifting and brightening jabs. Yui walked me through the promotions and the nurse with me was Earn and was very patience with me haha. With experience doctor and staffs I felt comfortable and at ease. Great experience and quiet environment ony 1st time here.

  Dr. Noon was very professional and experienced in every aspect. She was able to understand my concerns thoroughly and provide great advice for each of them. One of them included a laser treatment that is not provided by Aura, but she was very transparent about that and able to point me to a clinic that does offer that treatment. She also went on to recommend treatments that were suitable for after sun exposure, instead of letting me go ahead with the heat treatments that I was originally looking for. In terms of administering the treatments, Dr. Noon and her team did a really great job at delivering the three treatments I decided on, on two separate visits. They were very considerate about my pain tolerance level, even though I told them I have past experience and higher than average pain tolerance. It turned out that I needed their attention after all, since it had been a while since my last treatment in a different country and I was a bit more sensitive to pain than I normally am. I also love that they are multilingual here and I’ve already heard them speak English, Mandarin and Thai with patients. When I arrived for my first consultation, the team had already gathered in advance of start time to go over their agenda, which really impressed me. Dr. Noon was exceptionally communicative throughout the consultation and procedures, which greatly helped calm me down as I was preparing to receive two treatments that I have never done before. They are also very professional about the authenticity and quality of the products they use, showing you each new box or bottle with serial umbers, QR codes, and seals intact that you can take photos of to keep in your records in case you need them as reference later. Location wise, this branch is great because it’s a smaller mall in a very convenient location and sort of off beat, so you get a bit more privacy than in a big mall with tons of people everywhere. Coming out with slight redness and swelling post treatment, I definitely felt more comfortable in this location. Despite being small, it has a generous driveway, making it convenient for ride pickup. It also has a decent parking garage if you drive. The only caveat is that they are doing some minor maintenance on the first level (Aura is on the 2nd so totally unaffected) so don’t count on it for food unless you’re ok with the weird layout. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Noon and Aura Thonglor to anyone looking for reasonably priced non-invasive treatments from professionals who are empathetic and communicative.

  The beauty consultants here are super nice with great service. The clinic is lovely and the environment is really pleasant. I always receive thoughtful care and feel so comfortable every time I come. The pricing is quite reasonable as well. I will absolutely visit this place every time I am in Bangkok.
