  The clinic is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain the different treatment options. I chose to do Ulthera Prime treatment with Dr. Erng and have been very happy with the results so far. Within just a couple of weeks, my face looks less puffy and more defined, while still looking natural. One thing that surprised me was how comfortable the treatment was—I expected it to be much more painful. Another thing I liked is that they offer more than just aesthetic treatments. They also have specialists focused on anti-aging and wellness, which makes it a convenient place if you’re looking at overall health and well-being, not just appearance.

I’m planning to have breast surgery, and this was the first place where I felt truly comfortable discussing my goals and the specific shape I want. The staff took great care of me from the moment I walked in. What stood out most is that they are not pushy at all. Unlike many places, they really listen to your needs instead of trying to sell you something. P’Yam spent hours with me explaining the procedures in detail, as well as how to prepare before and take care of myself after surgery.   no customer care support you can read my complain below that I have sent a week ago with follow up email that never been replied to, congratulations APEX; Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out to you regarding a recent incident, as well as a related earlier issue, that occurred during my visits to your different facilities. I purchased online a very expensive CoolSculpting treatment, initially to be performed at the Siam Paragon branch. However, due to a lack of hygiene at that location, and at my request, a colleague of yours arranged for it to be carried out at the Hospital branch instead. On May 10, 2026, after already having lost time at the first venue, I arrived at the Hospital branch, where I was welcomed and the protocol was supposed to begin. However, your team still did not know which area I wanted treated — there was clearly no communication between staff. I am familiar with this technology, as I use it in Europe, and asked for the same area to be treated: the saddle bags. Your team told me this was not possible, claiming I had too much muscle in that area, even though — and I want to make this a final, written point — I have this area treated in Europe with very effective results. After a lengthy conversation, during which your team tried to convince me to treat areas that have never bothered me and would create additional, unnecessary issues on my body, I ultimately agreed to treat a different area. This was because payment had already been made online, reimbursement was not possible, and your team insisted on proceeding regardless. Concerned about losing my money, I ended up choosing to treat my inner thighs instead — an area I was not originally concerned about. I was supposed to receive a follow-up call in the days after the treatment to check on my progress and whether I experienced any complications. I never received this call. I was also offered a free Thermage treatment, which I never received, again because no follow-up call was made. I did not want to do the CoolSculpting and Thermage treatments on the same day, as this had already made me late and I had other obligations to attend to. Three months later, on August 7th, I contacted the clinic to schedule the three-month follow-up appointment though, based on the earlier experience, I anticipated it would be poorly handled, much like the missed follow-up call after treatment. When I arrived for the measurements, no one asked me to step on the scale; only measurements were taken. The result showed just a 0.5cm reduction in one thigh over three months, essentially no result at all, raising serious doubts about the effectiveness of the technology. In fact, I had lost 1.5kg over the same period, but your team had no way of knowing this, since they never checked my weight. Instead, your staff claimed that I had sagging skin due to weight fluctuation, a completely unfounded statement, as my weight has been stable for the past 13 years. Even as a teenager, when I weighed less, I had this same skin texture on my inner thighs, as I explained to your team. Despite this, your staff member made an unfounded judgment about my morphology without asking proper questions. I should also mention that the person in charge at the time suggested it would be best for me to leave, stating that they had done what they could but could not guarantee results. It seemed that even the originally promised treatment could not be honored, and no alternative was offered beyond asking me to leave. To make matters worse, I was told that the treatment I was supposed to receive for free could instead be purchased at the reception desk. I have serious doubts about trusting this clinic to continue any treatment, given the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. I am extremely unhappy with my entire experience. I am extremely unhappy with the results of a very expensive treatment. I am extremely unhappy that your team failed to properly take care of me throughout this experience. And I am extremely unhappy that no alternative solution, at your cost, has been offered.

  I am extremely disappointed with my laser hair removal experience at APEX in Bangkok. This was, without exaggeration, the worst laser treatment I have ever had anywhere in the world. Before the procedure, I clearly said few times that I wanted the staff to use sufficient energy, because I had already read negative reviews warning that they tend to go too low. They still did not listen. The result was awful: less than 50% of the hair shed properly, it came out in random patchy areas, and in some places it did not fall out at all. What made it even worse was how rushed the whole thing felt. The staff seemed determined to finish full-body laser in 30-40 minutes, which is honestly absurd. In every other clinic I have been to, a proper full-body session takes at least around 3 hours. Here it felt like speed was the priority, not quality. Because of that, the work was done extremely poorly. Huge areas were clearly missed altogether. I would estimate that around 30-40% of the body was not treated properly, and in some zones it was even worse than that. The shedding was uneven and messy, so I was left looking terrible until the next session. And the final insult: the procedure cost around $1,000. That is outrageously expensive - roughly 2 to 3 times more than in many European countries, where I would have received a dramatically better level of care and a much better result. Absolutely awful experience. Very, very disappointed. I will never come back.
