-I commend all the treatment staff; the service was excellent, which led me to decide to purchase a treatment course. -The doctor gave good advice (only met the doctor twice). -The place is clean and there's parking nearby. #I'm not happy with these points:# 1. On the third visit to the course, I waited for an hour, and they didn't even serve me a drink (you can check the CCTV footage). This was despite me having informed the counter staff of my appointment time and name. It turned out they had miscalculated the queue (they forgot?). I thought it would take a long time because there were many customers, so I didn't ask. The sales representative apologized, and I didn't mind, as mistakes happen. 2. Today, on my fourth visit, the treatment staff recommended seeing a doctor for proper treatment and topical medication because my acne was severe (which is what should have been the case). However, the new sales representative asked which topical medication I wanted and stated the quantity was different from the previous three visits (this shouldn't have happened on the fourth visit to the course). They apologized and corrected the issue on the spot. Thank you. That's it. But........................................ #My questions are: 1. For acne treatment in this course, do patients need to see a doctor every time to receive the correct medication or treatment? -Can acne patients choose the medication they want? -Can a sales representative recommend medication just by examining a face? - The program details include doctor visits and medication, but in reality, it depends on whether the salesperson arranges the visits? I'm confused. Or is it based on the customer's request? But don't all customers want to see a doctor? Is this the standard? If this is the case, it's a one-time thing; I won't take the course. ***Consultation and advice provided by a doctor. Continuous treatment and use of creams prescribed by the doctor are recommended for optimal results.*** Sounds familiar? 2. Should all staff, new or experienced, know exactly how many topical and oral medications are prescribed? Is this training needed? 3. Is there no record of the previous treatment and medication? Or is it individual staff assigned based on the situation? I have to ask every time, and a new prescription is given each time. I'm a little confused about the system. P.S. I still maintain that every case should receive care from a specialist doctor every time because if I knew which cream was suitable for my skin, it would have cleared up already. I'm stressed about the acne and the treatment too. I hope to receive the service as described in the course details next time.
