I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The Botox treatment was not administered properly, which left my face looking uneven and partially frozen, almost as if I had a stroke. I returned to the clinic to address the issue, but instead of providing a proper solution, they only performed an RF treatment and assured me it would improve within two weeks. Unfortunately, it has now been over a month, and my condition has not improved. Half of my face remains frozen, and I am unable to smile naturally. This situation has caused me a great deal of distress, and the clinic has shown little responsibility in handling the matter. I now have no choice but to wait six months for the Botox to wear off on its own.

I asked the doctor to show me the Botox box and how many units. He said no he can’t because he already prepared it in the syringe before he even met me. He said “I think it’s 20 or 25 units” How could he know how many units I need before even meeting me? I don’t know if they gave me real Botox or not. I won’t come again.
