I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service and lack of organization at this clinic. I coordinated and confirmed my stem cell hair transplant via WhatsApp while I was still in the US. I planned an entire international trip specifically to get this treatment done. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they told me I wasn’t even on their list. To make matters worse, they informed me that they hadn't even ordered the treatment and that I would have to wait 4–5 days just for it to arrive. Because of their sheer incompetence and poor communication, my entire trip was completely wasted. If you are traveling from abroad, be warned: do not trust their booking system. They do not respect their patients' time, money, or travel plans. Unbelievably poor service.

Top notch. Very clean treatment rooms. Service is outstanding compared to other providers I had visited. Have injectables and non-injectables as well. Dermatologist perform a consultation before suggesting some options depending on your objectives. Soraya was my therapist and she was very professional. After the treatment, I got to choose a drink and a snack as well, both inclusive with any treatment. They also offer a variety of take-home products if interested.

Luxurious & elegant clinic. Best biologique recherche facial i ever had. I tried multiple locations from nyc to paris and dubai the facial in astrids bangkok is the best. The therapist techniques and knowledge was amazing. The receptionist was very welcoming and the dr came briefly to check if the facial suits me. They also stock future 5 elements which is another amazing skincare line that goes well with BR. I wont forget the complimentary after treatment snack !
