This is my second time doing laser hair removal here, and the experience has been great. The procedure is very thorough, and the staff explains every step along the way so you never feel anxious. The cooling gel feels smooth on the skin, and the treatment is very low-pain. The results are noticeably better than other types of laser, and you can already see the effectiveness after the first session. Definitely recommend — it’s worth it!

Felt cheated! I signed up with an online promotion and even after having already paid for it, once the doctor came to the treatment room, she pushed another more expensive treatment for me without explaining the number of times I would need to do it to get results. Since it was a buy 1 get 1 free promotion, when I came in for the second time, they gave me a different doctor, and most likely gave me the cheaper treatment that I had initially signed up for despite changing it to the more expensive one. I say this because it was a much shorter duration and they asked if I need numbing cream (which is mandated for the expensive treatment). Did not see any results and felt like such a waste of time and money. P.S. I tried their pico all mode (for face)

Customer service booked a different doctor than what I requested. Asked them 3 times and they still book a wrong doctor. Next day for my appointment clinic rushed me to come in earlier because the doctor had appointment at another branch. I came to the branch he rushed the procedure in 20mins so he can leave as soon as possible. Quite horrible experience suggest not to book with apex. Doctors are rushed and no coordinating with customer service.
