I came to the clinic, paid 70.000 baht for 10 sessions of cool-sculpting. I’ve had first 4 sessions, which were very unpleasant. Next two months I was in great pain, and instead of positive results, it caused imbalance on my body and made things worst to these day. Due to that experience, I could not continue with the treatment, as my body did not react well at all. I have asked for partial refund, I even offered them to charge me the full price on those 4 sessions, as it was discounted package, but the clinic denied my request, while offering just another treatments, like botox, wrinkles, which I certainly don’t need. After number of my complaints, I was told I might get refund, but only if I come to the clinic again. I do not live in Bangkok, I cannot come there, and it is absolutely unnecessary and unlawful to ask me to come. They simply want to keep the money, even after such a failure of the treatment. Very unfair and criminal approach, company against an individual, I cannot do anything about it. They just freely violate the precept to abstain from theft, money are more than faithful conduct. UPDATE: Thank you for the answer, but I did not get my money back from you. This was a big mistake coming to your clinic.

Today I got my Botox Dysport injection with Dr. Kliaw. She has a very gentle touch, excellent technique, and is very professional. I'm very impressed with the results after the injection. The doctor finished everything perfectly. It was totally worth it! The clinic is also beautiful, luxurious, and clean. I love it! I'll be back for a touch-up soon.
